im really not sure what will happen. IMO:
1) NWE will certainly need to perform some sort of CR in the coming weeks, assuming the failed MIN takeover. I dont see how they have funds to continue operations without it;
2) MIN - as the majority shareholder - could choose to make the CR easier for NWE by providing funding for more shares at a set price (advantage would be strong hands and less likelihood to sell on market); or
3) NWE go to market via the usual means and raise funds either via their existing SH'ers or Soph Investor. Less certainty of funds but more of an independent move.
For me the decision between (2) and (3) will control/dictate the SP for the coming months post the MIN takeover deadline.
