The SP is struggling due to the lack of information about stage 1 output. Once stage 1 is producing at capacity and bringing in revenue (via an announcement showing this or a quarterly), this will turn around quickly. I suspect RLT is still having commissioning issues as happens with many new projects, hence the lack of details. Hopefully they get Stage 1 to nameplate soon.
