Agree - the partial conversion of debt into equity is positive. It gives then flexibility and optioonality.
But the plan for inorganic growth is the risk, for me. Depending on how they go about it, in a looming slowing environment with drained consumers, but definitely something that I consider for this company's future profile and share price.
