We are talking about the same thing aren't we madau? costs for the proxy vote case? you are saying the latest failed proceedings.
This concluded in December, the RI was announced in September. Some of that debt goes back years & would be associated with the TO, TO panel, TS & IER plus consultancy fees I would think.
I'm not sure why NME would issue rights to lawyers when costs have been ordered to someone else or the case hadn't concluded.
MCT will have to pay costs & NEX will put in a bill of course but not sure where the $500k is coming from.
I don't believe the costs will be a direct benefit to NME at all.
