Don't forget the royalty and milestones payments to Brickell, they're not insignificant, plus eps multiples after usually after tax.
On the other hand 10x is much too low a multiple for a pharma company, 30x imo is conservative, so in the end $8 isn't that unrealistic.
Also anticipating a fair amount of dilution to come to fund the marketing campaign but there's clearly so much fat here that it won't matter in the end.
