to help with reference, the case numbers for the Western Australian Supreme court are:
97/2022 (249 meeting) won by NME with costs still to be applied for
420/2022 (proxy voting) won by NME with costs awarded
180/2022 (forfeiture of shares) withdrawn by both parties due to MCT losing the proxy case
1582/2022 ($1.2m JV Claim) still current (adjourned in Feb 2023 but I cant see online the next hearing date)
