Sunset Capital is Jason Peterson, the MD from CPS Capital, a brokerage firm who have their hand in many, many WA listings, so I agree. Personal cut of deal fees in form of script for helping it list/capital raisings, and who are selling to clean up smaller positions for liquidity sake possibly - if it is indeed them. Note that they would likely only sell if there was no future capital raising plans, which there isnt for IXC, so this exit makes sense, otherwise they could use their presence on the T20 as bargaining power to get future CR allocations for their clients/lead the CR.
