This is pretty much how things get started. I feel your pain, I don't like the tactics used by these type companies, I also think you should try and contain your comments to the PLL forum which is where they belong. Once the air is cleared we can discuss SYA/PLL things, this just is not really one of them, this is more of a PLL/ALL thing.
