There is a much closer to home. Sargon owned 20% of SEQ. They went to purchase One Vue on a similar buy now pay later tranche deal. It kept getting extended and early on Sargon actually started managing the unit they were purchasing Diversa a trustee component of One Vue. Ultimately it all fell over but they could not unscramble the omelette. Sargon was plsced into liquidation and One Vue ended up in Iress.
