In your first post it reads like you are calling me a liar ("You are using a rhetorical trick…….it is lying"- using a rhetorical trick is lying and you are doing that ergo you are liar is how I read that and how I think most others will read that) - that has three ticks. I predict that style of post will get more ticks than your correction.

I'm not sure I do see what you are saying about me even after your correction.

It still looks like you think, and are saying what you think is, that I'm implying they are lying by my using a rhetorical trick (to suggest they are lying without using the word lying)- but that is a misrepresentation (you have dumbed down what I actually said).

That MSB was lying was never my intended meaning (nor was it ever what I said)- not when I said what I said to LED in the form of a question to her and not when I refuted her mischaracterisation nor when you interpreted it that way also again publicly.

When MSB says in the presentation we have (paraphrasing) a "validated potency assay" - I don't believe them - I think that that is a claim that remains to be seen, but that doesn't mean that I think they are lying.

This is not a useless exercise in moving words around here - the truth of the whether or not MSB actually has a validated potency assay actually does matter.

Whether statements of mere belief in that form are covered by foreward looking statement disclaimers also matters.

I think every shareholder would want to know the difference between when a company is stating a fact (especially a mission critical fact) and when a company is merely expressing a belief (the form of words they use don't fit neatly into forward looking - validated is past tense) - and I cannot think of a better time or place in terms of relevance to the share price and the value of a stock than this one question now for MSB holders.

But others are entitled to their own views on what is more important and also on what they want to discuss. If want to hear less from me - don't mention me. There is no chance you can misrepresent me that way.
