Here is the broker data from the start of the decline on 09/02/2023.
You'd say retail are buying the dip, and clients of the better names are on the sell side. GS has been consistently selling around 11k shares per day with basically no buys. But one name does not make the market.
Overall no major exits from the door...in this period.
And not many short positions reported but it has grown since the decline started on 9/2. Its worth keeping an eye on though.
