and from the perspective, from the only known bull on this forum....why on earth would a property bull want to pull out now....when every other alternative investment class is crashing down into an abyss....
regardless of people losing their capital in the biggest casino, or jobs, and retirement money......most still require a roof over their heads..... its a simple philosophy...it really is.... forget about inflation, what a whopper of a furphy that one was.... and forget about rising interest rates....its the recession all the sheep were hoping for.... be careful what you wish for....it may just come true...
