    The ASIC case against the auditor is adjourned to the 14th of March.

    Given today's proceedings touched on the audit, I wonder should ASIC win the case against the auditor, how this would impact the proceedings against ISX and JK.

    A win against the auditor would mean the audits were not valid therefore a big part of ISX's defence being thrown out the door automatically.
