You know, there is more around you than "this country". There is also a slight possibility that there are people from other nations, like Austria (yea, me) around here and have not a PHD in English (mine is just Economics).

But overall, yes, I must admit, also by us, in Austria, education becomes something like a "good to have", not a "must have". Just last weekend, an election in a part of our country was lost by a liberal party, because their main goals, education and more effort, were not very beloved by voters.

Anyway, back to topic...;-)
