@Harambe9 They mentioned in their earlier announcement to the market, they were in advanced commercial discussions regarding their Psilocybin program.
So, yes earlier next week, there may be a release of clinical results, but alongside this there seems to be a commercial agreement tied up with the results, hence the words material announcement.
