Ian's far to professional to give a running commentary on how costs are progressing.....they will come out real when ready not notional before....once preferred tenderers are appointed it is a process of bringing it all together....wanting or expecting an announcement on how costs are shaping up by comparison to DFS is unrealistic....blind freddy knows Capex and Opex will be higher in the current environment....what's going to matter is margins and NPV....a booming VRM market and consequent rising v price is going help
