The analyst was right with the $78 price target as it's at $76 today. Part of the reason for the downgrade is because staffing issues in hospitals here in the US are negatively affecting the amount of procedures that are being done. It's something I'm seeing with the trial for the leg valve company I own, as enrollment has been very slow, and could affect the EFS.
