yes and it looks like the longer they wait the worse it's getting. It was clear a CR was incoming at 13/14c, now its 8.5c and you still have to offer a discount to the soph's who will participate. Raise when you can, not when you have to. If they let the cash position drop to less than $1m then the pre CR selling by the soph's who will enter in the CR will be brutal as POD will be backed into a corner capital wise.. I have been watching for a couple months now, will enter post CR as I have noted a few times, to me it makes sense to wait.
