it was a democracy before this war and without any help from NATO - they managed it on their own - all credit to them
all that NATO countries + others are doing is helping it defned itself against a much larger aggressive neighbour .
...and it has far ,far from failed .....the greatest part of the country with almost all important cities are STILL under Ukrainian control after russia doing it's utmost for a full year
