Just looked through the AR again today ..... one might wonder from reading some sections if the RMAT Designation for Rexlemestrocel-L to treat CLBP was considered a " regulatory milestone " and triggered a payment under the provisions of the Grünenthal Agreement ? If it did in fact trigger a payment (depending on how much) that could take some pressure off the cash situation until after the FDA meeting for CHF ? I guess the March quarterly will reveal this ?
