It takes time to redraft the BAM for upstream supply only, with midstream as an option.
FID should come before binding offtakes and FID obviously be a condition precedent to offtakes becoming effective. If you have a product people want, offtakes can come after FID.
key now is upstream BAM (with more holes with a larger ore deposit-increase upstream) and more importantly at same time finance.
