Some of the commentary suggests many marginall mineing operations will benefit from the state govt rebate component. Also that countrys touted as possible destinations for projects have far to many hurdles to overcome to make them viable. I wonder about oversease interests taking there place at the table. Big scare campaign me thinks, time will tell.
