If I were one of Superior Gold top 9 shareholders and offered CYL secondary at $1, I'd participate too, not too much since CYL common very illiquid. I'd take my 1mm-2mm CYL shares with $1 cost basis and deposit them with my clearing broker. Then I would start shorting CYL against box for 18% now.
