Thanks for that great explanation, I am sure the fine print will mean that $AKE will have to bid again at current market prices.
However, they got outbid by an entity that does not satisfy FIRB rules and has clearly been deceptive. Is there a miniscule chance it gets handed to $AKE because they were outbid illegally.
