Yes, Acadia doesn't have any rights to NNZ-2591 as yet.
Hence the reason for my post and questions.
If NNZ-2591 is safe and more effective than Trofinetide, then I makes little sense to try and run anymore costly and time consuming trials using Trofinetide.
Makes sense for Acadia to ask NEU to amend the current agreement to use NNZ-2591 or both for Fragile-z in the US ... at a cost of course.
This would also have a benefit for NEU as it would help NEU trial NNZ-2591 also, hopefully leading to a FDA approval for Fragile-X or Trofinetide.
