    You’re correct suffice to say we have the ICC hearing next month - not sure how long it will take for an outcome + the DRC Govt withdrew the decree to issue us with a licence blaming us (not the Chinese) for the impasse. In other words, they’ve put the onus of a speedy resolution on us, not Zijin which in simple terms suggests that we should capitulate to Zijin’s wishes.
