GRES took 14 months from mobilisation to first material produced at G1A , and kept to their timeframe , so if they say they can do it in 8 months I am not too inclined to doubt them , really depends on how many other projects they have on the go at the time , and if machinery procurement is with reputable companies .
However Would have thought there would have been other contract contenders other than GRES , to get the most competitive quotes .
