State Street Loans out PLS to shorters who then short the stock in continuous breach The Corporations Act 2001 sect 1041a.

PLS's SP is now completely controlled by these entities.

State Street has infected the registries of most Australian listed lithium companies with exactly the same outcome.

IMO if SS were not on the registry of PLS then the SP would now be around $7.00 today.
