it has been announced that the remaining construction costs for the EPC of $4.4m can be covered by shares. However you are also correct if WKT do get the full funding $10m they could pay cash instead of issuing shares.
my post earlier this morning was highlighting where we are as of today. WKT have not secured the finance $10m (yet) so in this case Jinpeng has agreed to defer payments until either full funding or once the construction and commissioning has been completed. If WKT don’t have the loaned funds to pay cash they can pay by shares.
As it stands now WKT only need the US$2.2m cash to complete construction.
