plan b interesting i like it.did read that part of report on cherry picking,as tls covers all of australia the nbn govt can't acuse it of cherry picking and forcing it to pay subsidies,levies what ever they call it unlike all other isp's.the irony being if tls decides to compete it might be the accc that is forced by law to protect tls from the govt.ps there r so many hurdles for the nbn i cantc it getting this far.pps be on the look out for a rich shifty looking mandarin speaking chinaman he could b the next Kemlani.(think the name is right spelling probably wrong).
