Thanks for illustrating how the voice will work.
I have sufficient experience in companies negotiating a native title agreement with one group of local aboriginals who represent the title owners.
Then another group*, come in claim to represent the rightful native owners.
People in the cities who have best intensions and NFI (like missionaries in previous times) come in and do what they "think" is right.
"Poor fella my country".
All IMVHO.
* with about as much relevance and morals of Lydia Thrope and Jacquie Lambie.
