Yeah great photos and as they say every picture tells a story. So the shaker deck on the Gecko is not going to cut the mustard as they are now installing a large trommel. To the best of my observations I havent seen any report detailing the need for this. So I can only assume that the Material at Kat Gap has proven to be hard to wash due to the clay and may explain why The Gecko was only 73% efficient in terms of gold recovery.
The BIG question is now with two wash plants in the circuit will there be enough water as that large trommel will need a lot of it.
