Current SOI and cash after Tranche 1 placement
57m + 12.4m = Total SOI is 69.4m
MC $6.8m (SP @ 9.8.c)
Cash ~$2.2m
EV $4.6m
After Tranche 2 placement
69.4m + 17.6m = Total SOI is 87m
MC $8.5m (assume SP @ 9.8c)
Cash ~$4m
EV ~ $4.5m
