Hi Minefield,
The awkward fact is that the CEO, CSO and most of the upper management are gone (or about to go). This is not rumourmongering; this is a fact... It is true that the announcement relates to ATC (the ASX release says so), but there may well have been consequences from a board decision (JC leaving etc) that could still be rippling through the organisation (my surmising; this is NOT a fact).
My read is that ATC is about to be stopped (data not good enough to secure a partnership; not enough money to go the next step; can't raise money on the back of what they have, etc) Note whilst I do KNOW the redundancies are a fact, I do not know what the content of the announcement is going to be (my clearly disgruntled sources will not spill the beans...even after departure).

All will be revealed tomorrow, but I fear it is not good news...
