This is my interpretation of the announced.
MRC is the majority shareholders, and BSG holds 10%
BSG believes MRC has breached their agreement in some way, where BSG is seeking MRC's shares to be sold, or is it BSG seeking for its shares to be sold?
I find it pretty amazing after 3 months no one knows what the apparent breach is. I also find it amazing that MRC resolved all of the issues at Skaland, have secured interest from Mitsubishi Chemical and FREYR and we have a minority shareholder who has a board members appointed to the Skaland graphite project claim there is some default.
It looks like this legal dispute is going to take a while before it to be resolved.
