Ann: Change in substantial holding from MIN, page-37

As far as I can tell, no one except the MIN execs knows what MIN will do. There’s much speculation, but it’s an unknown ….. an educated guess maybe.
I sold my significant holding on MIN’s terms , because I didn’t know what the future would be for NWE holders. I just hope MIN’s shares will reflect future exploration success, but it won’t be at the same level as it would have been with NWE.
I understand and respect the decisions made by NWE holders . I was , like you and others, looking for a clear future, but I wasn’t able to see one.
For me the rocky ride of decades is over, as far as NWE is concerned, and I am very disappointed that things ended this way, but I have consolidated a significant profit, and that’s the real objective.
You have a difficult decision to make and I wish you well.
