At this stage declaring a dividend would be crazy. We need to navigate ROW deals and 2591 progression / partnering. The best way to complete these transactions is to have a strong balance sheet, and there is nothing stronger than cash. We need to be able to fend off and push back if required. Any dividend should be declared once all the ducks are in a row a d agreed.
