This does look a little like capitulation but it's been over a longer time frame. Obviously no-one knows but I would worried to sell at this point betting to get back in cheaper. All it will take for a turn is for some pivot in the USA (as you allude to) for a big spike up. Plus glad I own my shares outright - would hate to be on a margin loan at the moment...been there for the GFC and it was not a good outcome!
