2023 1st quarter expectations ......, page-22

Unlike previous years, 2023 is a year where we sit and wait for the Cameroon government to make a decision. Even though in 2022 the old board was advising us the Mining Convention was imminent, what we have found out is that it really wasn't and there was still plenty of work to do. So what we are being told now is CAY has nothing else to do but wait for that day, everything has been submitted and the Camalco team and the EEA team are in country actively campaigning the government to issue the mining permit. Once the decision is made, CAY can move forward, if we are issued the mining permit that is.
