Those terms refer to historical events, not current or future. A company needs sufficient capital to fund its current and future operations, regardless of what it did in the past.

False, Vmoto did not buy the distributor, it bought some of the assets of the distributor from its administrator.
The liabilities of the distributor stay with it and its administrator.

I cant beleive here people are claiming that a business put into administration, and subsequently sold assets at a discount has not failed.

my understanding is greenmo is the failed business. Its subsidiary the uk distribution business was sold to VMT.

fair that the distributor is only currently around breakeven but it could easily generate good profits in the future imo
