Not always. Existing Shareholders will be more inclined to hold onto the shares. Discounted institutional investors usually leads to share dumping and profit taking. Very happy with a a Existing shareholders placement. Very nice discount too. As crypto contagion continues for who knows how long? Tangible assets like gold and silver will continue to outperform. Gold Explorers are well placed to be very valuable assets.
