"They've had TWO MONTHS to negotiate. That is, NEGOTIATE. Not evaluate, which could take time and is already done - but negotiate. Pathetic."

Not that pathetic Orabanda. Negotiations could involve many parties at different levels, approvals and signoffs (especially within Telstra's bureaucracy) and then we have the solicitors and pages of contracts/clauses to be put forward to all concerned parties and if any ammendments are required they may start the process all over again.....

Can take many, many months IMHO....
