if that form is filled out it goes directly to investor relations unfortunately Auz Mines has no investor relations officer anymore he along with Marcus and Sophia were the only honest people working there thats why they were all given their marching orders, this company doesn't want anybody connected to them with any honest morals it's easier for them to continue sucking the life blood out of share holder's imo.
