Looks to me like a penny stock becoming the real deal. Out with the outlandish hopes and dreams and in with the hard cold realities of a developing mining company. This looks like the board and auditor have put all of their legal responsibilities/liabilities out there so there can be no comeback if unfortunate situations occur. These things may usually be 30 pages into a prospectus but they have put it all out there at the start of this report. Now that all of this is out of the way they can lease forward looking BAM studies etc. out there with little worry. The lawyers have obviously been all over this.

Not sure which section Colnagonz is specifically talking about but we own the siviour mine area but here are other interests next door which we may not own yet and we are leasing the PSG site from the SA water board or whatever they are called.

I like most was hoping we would be further along the the with BAM report out, binding contracts and closer to FID. But I have seen how long this stuff can take. GXY/AKE have owned two massive resources for over ten years and are only just building SDV and just got permits for James Bay. It all takes time. DC has stated we will begin building this year and start selling next year that what I’m still going off. Will be disappointed if that is not the case. The graphite price is not helping but hope that is not what is holding us back. As it will have its day and I want us to be there ready to go when it does. The booms don’t last forever, we need to be in the right place at the right time.
