Say the RBA rate goes from 3.5% to 6.5% what happens than to clw?
our interest repayment would be an extra $60million right? There is no way we could make that back in higher rents could we?
how much would divvy have to be cut by approx?
im sure they would rather cut divvy for a couple of yrs than do a C/r right?
