cash backing = sp of 0.027 cents by june?

    After today drop in the sp I have been doing a bit of research on avx and if my research is correct there is 847,000,000 shares on issue so if there will be 23mil in cash with no debits by june 2010 0.027 cents is a good buy.
    I dont know much about this company so any more information on this subject from long term holders would be appreciated.
