detailed risks? seriously?
these are high level risks, usually captured in a project charter. I think they are setting up the field for a lot of activities this year. Schedule, scope of work and resources requirements to follow part of update BAM or FID report
Risks are risks until they come to realisation and form an issue. I am a project manager and always have high level risks listed on the Charter for the stakeholders and detailed risks/ known risks part of the project management plan
