My understanding is that the whole point of the takeover was so that MIN controls the board so that under the JOA NWE will always vote the same way as MIN in terms of each decision the JV makes. So the 65% of votes and minimum two parties rule in the JOA will always be met. So if MIN decides to drill 8 wells or nothing at all, NWE will agree and would need to raise the cash to find their share. To me this is the biggest risk facing NWE at the moment.
