I think you are referencing Haggan?
Haggan is years away from a "decision to mine", once they get the mining ban overturned then more focussed drilling will start.
In 2024, Tiris (with low capex) will start to mine and produce cashflow which can then be used to develop Haggan, perhaps in 2027?
Less dilution for shareholders, cashflow used to progress Haggan project.
AEE is a no brainer.
