Ardea was created because the tenements that were then owned by Heron Resources were NOTgoing to be developed. Under Heron.
The management agreed to release the assets and doing so they created Ardea Resources.
The management of Ardea Resources agreed that there were strategic geographic reasons why they would additionally spin out the NSW tenements now called Godolphin Resources. Those reasons were.
- The tenements were in another state and managing them from WA was logistically too difficult.
- The mining regulations and compliance laws were different in NSW requiring management in NSW with NSW experience.
- Shareholders voted to spin the NSW tenements out and that was done, NOTE: Shareholders voted for the spinout.

The KNP and Goongarrie are the Largest Nickel Resource in Australia, they are also the 7th largest in the world.

The board of directors have committed to a full update of this with costings by June 30 this year.
The board has always said that they are wanting the partner to have input into the DFS and that is why it has not been done.
By the way Randy, The QLD company from where you originate is not in possession of a valid PFS / DFS or BFS according to Michael Holmes because he changed the production process and the nickel output material from MHP to Sulphate.
According to Michael Holmes you are also not in possession of an Environmental Impact Study and that will take until 2026 to be completed.
